Description
Tadzio from Death in Venice by Luchino Visconti, movie inspired to the homonym novel by Thomas Mann, in which a writer called Gustav von Aschenbach, during a holiday in Venice, becomes obsessed with the beauty of a pole boy, Tadzio.
The actor is the beautiful swedish actor Bjorn Andresen.
Damn, I've ruined the drawing using that horrible brown for Tadzio's dress T__T! I'm depressed =__=

Dear Emily89
Your drawing of Björn is in my humble opinion a little masterpiece.
You caught his soul to the fullest in that drawing, the best drawing I have seen of him...ever.
The only other portrait I have seen of him that match yours is an oil painting, by a norwegian artist, that I have, painted ca 1958 when he was about 3 years old, in some strange his basic physical and spiritual appearance never chanced.
I am his sister, so I know.
Keep up the good work Emily, you are a true artist, don't use your energy doubting your talent, use that energy to work hard, you have a a gift and lot to give to the world, you are able to capture the very soul of a living creature in your art, and that is what art is all about.
Sincerely yours
AA
